Pool heat is not included and must be requested by guest.
Pet(s) must be pre-approved. Max 2 and max total weight of 80 pounds. Once approved, guests are charged an additional fee of $150.
Photo ID required and charge card required for check in and property access. You may upload during pre-check in or provide upon arrival.

Amazing place, a short drive from Downtown PS. I could see how having a large family or group here would maximize this space and pool to its full potential. Would come here again.
Great house! Really enjoyed the outdoors and the private pool. I loved how private the backyard was and a lot of grass for my dog to run around! The house had all the essentials we needed.
I enjoyed my stay at the Mid-Century Retreat. The home is set up so you immediately feel comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the privacy of the backyard, pool and spa areas. I would rent this property again.
