The sleeping space includes a plush full-size bed and generous closet storage, creating a comfortable and restful place to unwind.

There is a main building entrance with a few steps to climb on your way to the main door. After entering a code, the property is nearby on the first floor.

Walking: Downtown Long Beach is highly walkable, with restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops only steps away. The Long Beach Convention Center and Shoreline Village are an easy walk from the property.

Biking: Long Beach is very bike friendly, offering dedicated bike lanes and convenient rental options like Metro Bike Share. Ride along the waterfront or enjoy the scenic coastal bike path.

Public Transit: The Metro Blue Line (A Line) is a few blocks away, providing direct access to downtown Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Multiple bus stops are also within walking distance and connect you throughout the city.

Driving: If you have a car, street parking and nearby paid parking structures are available. Long Beach offers quick access to the 710 and 405 freeways, making trips to Los Angeles, Orange County, Disneyland, or Universal Studios easy.

All guests and visitors must comply with City noise and outdoor activity regulations
Outdoor amenities and any noise producing activities are not permitted between 10 PM and 8 AM

Host Rules:
PMI Mission Viejo charges a nonrefundable Damage Coverage fee of $69 per stay or per month in place of a security deposit
Pets require prior approval. Maximum of 2 pets with a combined weight limit of 25 pounds. An additional $150 fee applies once approved

A great place in a very good location - away from the noise but just around the corner from the bars and restaurants in downtown Long Beach. Super close to the metro to go into LA proper, and only a 20 ish minute walk from the convention center. Apartment was clean and well-stocked, host friendly and responsive.
